FAQ

Payouts go through Stripe Connect. After you complete your onboarding and connect a bank account, 85% of each job total is automatically transferred within 2 business days of delivery confirmation. Stripe handles all the compliance.
You must carry valid personal auto insurance — we collect proof during onboarding. Commercial coverage is not currently required. We recommend checking with your insurer about occasional paid delivery work; many personal policies cover this at low frequency. Haulr does not currently provide supplemental insurance.
Any full-size or mid-size pickup truck works — F-150, Silverado, Ram 1500, Tacoma, Ranger, etc. No cargo van, box truck, or special vehicle required. A standard bed (5.5–8 ft) handles the vast majority of Haulr jobs.
Yes — Haulr is fully flexible. There are no minimum hours, no schedules, and no penalties for inactivity. You browse available jobs and accept only what fits your calendar. Most current drivers pick up 2–5 hauls per weekend.
Most applications are reviewed within 24 hours. You'll get an email confirmation once approved. The main requirements are: valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and consent to a background check.
Yes. Once you're an active Haulr driver, you get a personal referral code in your driver portal. Share it at haulrit.com/drive/earn?ref=YOURCODE. When a driver you refer completes their 3rd haul, you earn a $50 bounty transferred directly to your Stripe account.
